Simply fill out the form below to request your very own Q 99.7 sticker! Once you get your sticker in the mail, place it wherever you'd like on your car and snap a "selfie" of you and your awesome new sticker! But, that's not all...
Send that selfie to 413-355-2035 along with your name, t-shirt size, and address and we'll mail you back a Q 99.7 t-shirt! Please allow up to two weeks for us to process requests and mail out your stickers and/or t-shirts.
