I was on my way to work one morning after a Black Sheep moment with family the day before- Ben Fullers Black Sheep came on The Q 99.7 and it brought me to tears. I can relate for me, my son's and countless inmates I've had the blessings to be with serving in prison ministries. I pray for God to strengthen us and help us remember no we don't fit in here, we're not suppose to. This is not our home. Our family is in eternity with. Jesus and God loves us more than anyone ever could and more than we could ever imagine. Amen! Thank you Ben and thank you to the Q too!

When I was like 15-16 years old, I use to have a little alarm clock and I would only play 99.7. I'd wake up to blessings by Laura Story. I'd cry every night. I had so much pain in my heart that I was just begging for the Lord to hear me, and He did. I'm 30 now, and 99.7 will always be one of my favorite stations. I'll always support it!

I’m also very grateful to have a Christian English-speaking radio station that shares the Word, uplifts families, and spreads positivity. 99.7 has been more than just a radio station to me—it’s been a constant source of comfort, faith, and inspiration. Growing up, faith wasn’t a regular part of my life. My family didn’t follow a religion, though my mother would occasionally pray with us at night.
In 2023, I stumbled upon Q 99.7 while looking for new music, and instead of just music, I found hope and faith. That inspired me to begin exploring my relationship with God.
Before knowing Christ, I struggled with anxiety, depression, and directionless living. My life lacked moral grounding, and I felt lost. Through Him, I have found healing, purpose, and a path to becoming a better person.

Unexpectedly a chapter in my life was closing, I was shocked, my mind was running, I get in my car and start driving home. I get to a red light and realize I did not turn on the radio (I always do, it’s on auto with the Q99.7). I turn it on and the words “God's not done with you”(song by Tauren Wells) is being sung and I was like "God is talking to me right now and everything is gonna be ok". I have never met him, but my heart hurts so much for his family and for our nation. All of the hate that is being spread, I just can’t seem to understand. When I hear songs of encouragement and hope on the Q997, my faith and trust in God helps me to cope with the pain in this world. I know God is good and his plans are better and he knows all. Songs arrive at the right time and when you really need them. God is using the Q99.7 to do just that. “Come Jesus Come” by Stephen McWhirter was/is my “heart cry” song. I first heard it on Facebook last year so when I heard it on the Q99.7 it reminded me of the day I first heard it. I was stuck in traffic for 4 hrs. in Richmond, VA, and the song was in my playlist and when it came on I blasted it! One guy on a motorcycle turned towards me and nodded my way! Either he’d heard it before, or for the first time, but every time I hear it now, I think of that moment. Oh! And traffic started moving faster, too! Haha! Thank you for being the first station in this area to play this great song! Blessings to all.

The Q 99.7 has truly blessed me! I’ve been listening to this radio station non stop for the past year and I can tell you wholeheartedly it is really FEEL GOOD MUSIC! It does just that, it makes me feel good, it makes me feel whole! Sometimes I get into the car and as soon as I turn it on it’s literally like a message or a sign from God. Whether it’s a song or one of the hosts speaking it always hits home for me in the most amazing way. Sometimes I smile sometimes I let out a needed cry but I always feel refreshed afterwards listening to this station. And to top it off, just the other day I won an Amazon card for $1000 for myself and a friend by entering in a contest they were having. I prayed soo hard for it to be me that was chosen because God knows I have fallen on hard times and it was very much needed. My prayers were answered I can’t thank The Q enough. God bless everyone

Every time I hear The Truth by Meghan Woods, I turn it up and belt out the lyrics. It invalidates all my insecurities about myself and reminds me that God loves me unconditionally flaws and all, no strings attached. I may not feel special or heard or acknowledged in this world but God says I am special, valued and loved in his eyes.

Hi Q.99.7! I’m 29 years old but when I was a teenager, I’d wake up every night listening to you guys on the radio. Laura Story blessings would come on and I’d bawl my eyes out everyday because I was so heavily struggling with depression. I was able to find Christ because of you at New Life Church in East Longmeadow. I haven’t had the smoothest of path when it comes to my faith, but most recently I was in a toxic marriage that ultimately led to a divorce. I had spent my entire 20s on this marriage and felt so lost. I remember during the time in the marriage I kept hearing in my head that this is not what He would want for his children and I clung onto the promise that He would see me through this. I was raised that divorce was bad and we couldn’t leave . I had no idea what was in store for me but I knew this wasn’t the ending of my story. Fast forward two years later, I am divorced and having my first child that I wasn’t entirely sure would be possible to have. I am in a healthy relationship, my life has changed, my mental health has gotten better. I lost focus on God but I quite literally worshipped my way through these life few years as music is one of the many ways for me to be connected to Him. Music saved me. If I had to tell you where this all began, I would tell you it started with 16-year-old Natalie waking up in the middle of the night struggling with anxiety and sadness, listening to Laura story, Matthew West, and a random stranger telling me how loved I am even though in those moments I felt so unlovable. I’m so grateful to have this station be a part of my story and I’m so glad that you guys are still around to touch other peoples lives the way you have done mine over the years!

God has blessed me through the Q99.7 while my son was going through physical challenges with Scoliosis and needed surgery. The Shriners surgeon needed to put two rods and screws into his back. His curve took a serious change over one year. I called the Q to have them pray. That was done 8/7/24 and he is back to school, riding his bike and having a normal 16 year old's life. Praise God!

Last year on my way to work I was really depressed/sad regarding a recent cancer diagnosis. I had cancer previously and that is fine. This was a new cancer of the skin. I didn't know at the time how it was going to affect me or the treatment. The Q 99.7 was having a prayer service with pastors on the phone. I called and was calmed and reminded that God is in control. Those words and the songs really helped me get over the bad feelings I was experiencing. Thank you.

He has always provided and continues to show me He is there. When I get down and discouraged the Q 99.7 is there to lift me up, even the prayer wall, I pray for others too. I loved the throwback weekends and always enjoyed hearing the songs that I used to listen to and the positive memories. Thank you for being here for this community.

I started crying & thanking God because for me it was beautiful, I felt like God was giving me a reminder to cheer up bc a bad morning is so minuscule to the love God provides each and every day. A couple of months back I was going through some things and there was prayer happening on the air. I heard you guys say there is one more line open and I called in and got through. I just want to say how much that prayer has helped me. God has opened so many doors for me since then. The pastor that prayed over me prayed that God would supernaturally bless my finances and let me tell you, He has! I’m so glad that I called and was able to be prayed over. Everything has taken a complete change and I feel so blessed. I needed that prayer at that time and I’m so glad that God allowed me to get on that last line. He spoke through the pastor and answered all the questions that I needed answers to!! God is good!

The Q99.7 was instrumental in my journey to conversion. More than once. The music spoke to me, or I should say God was speaking through the music to me. I kept hearing the same messages and brought me to seek his help and develop prayer habits and reading the Bible and spending more and more time hearing his word. But it was the music on the Q 99.7 that got my attention. So grateful and thankful and now have a relationship with God I did not have before. And the miracles he worked in my life. All praise and Glory to our God.

When going on small trips with my 6 month old son, I turn up the Q and love watching his expressions as he enjoys the music with me. We breathe in the air, see the sunny skies and thank God that we're alive. It's the small moments that help me feel grounded and reassured that everything's going to be okay, even when a lot of hard things come my way.

I received a call from a lady at the Q about 2-3 days ago, she said she was calling me to pray for me. It was a perfect time because I needed it , the glory always to God, but it’s good to know that people are praying for you even though they don’t know you personally. Thank You Q 99.7

A few years ago, I was in a super dark place. I was angry, sad and lost. I found a church in Longmeadow where I was reintroduced to the Q 99.7, and whenever I needed a pick me up, I’d turn the radio on and just sit in my car listening to the Q. The songs that hold a deeper meaning helped me climb out of the funk I was in and helped me to rely more on my faith than to stray from it

Anytime I put the Q 99.7 on I am in another world. I get in my car and I’m immersed in positivity and I just smile ear to ear. I find myself laughing along with Brant and Sherry as if I’m right there in the room with them. I was so sad to have missed Sherry this year. I had bought five tickets to see her but my husband was taken by ambulance an hour before the show. Praise God he’s ok and honestly I had a sense of peace the whole time he was in the hospital. Listening to the Q 99.7 helped with that sense of peace.

I heard one of the DJ's say that just because you feel like God would abandon you because you have messed up, He won't. Then they said how God went to Adam and Eve in the garden after they sinned. That really connected with me, God isn't going to leave me when I get stupid He will come to me and help. What an awesome God!

Covid opened my ears and allowed me to hear God. Listening to Q99.7 was a confirmation for where God was/is taking me spiritually. I knew that God was leading me to like minded Christians who really mean Jesus. I now go to a wonderful church and I finally feel like I am a part of the body of Christ. I was baptized as a child. I decided to get baptized again with my daughter last year. I also work in the church. Thank you for the service you provide that helps so many reach Jesus.

“I Am Not Alone” came on the radio just as I was going to drive off a bridge over the CT River. That area was under construction so there wasn’t a curb or Jersey barriers. I literally could hear and feel the pull from Satan to sharply turn my steering wheel to the right (which would have sent me over the edge). At the same time I could hear Jesus whispering “Hold on, hold on” as I felt the steering wheel being turned to the left to keep me on the road. The music seemed to go up in volume as I was crying out to God to “Keep me on the road!” Over and over until I got to my exit.

My only biological brother was diagnosed with kidney failure in 2019.
It was a chaos, something that none of us could ever think of...but God was our shelter, our only refuge.
My brother lives in the Netherlands with his wife and daughter, you The Q99.7 was my channel anywhere I was , in my house, when driving, at work....your support was all that helped me during this journey.
By God grace in 2021 someone donated his kidney to my brother....I can't not keep it quiet what God has done for us.
My brother and I are wanted to testify about God's mercy and grace.
Praise him for all that he has done.
Also, my daughter had passed her nursing exam after 2 attempts.

I have been listening to the Q on and off since they were in the beginning stages of becoming a radio station. I have always loved there music in fact my granddaughter who was like 5 and now is about to be 20 used to sit in the back seat singing the songs and we loved every moment of it. Recently I have been getting beat down by devil pretty bad and it was my 4 yr old grandson who one day said put my music on at the time I didn't know what he was talking about but when I was changing the radio station he said there that my song it was the Q. And this time it has been different the music seems like it is speaking to me. And it has brought me through some seriously dark and difficult times. I am so grateful that even though I stopped listening the Q kept going it Is because of all the people that donates, works and volunteers that I am able to come back and be encouraged. Thanks to all u supporters because without u this station wouldn't be able to reach listeners like myself who really needed the right music at the right time. I believe that the lord uses the Q to reach ALL of us in need so may the lord bless all of of you!!

I just lost my Aunt recently and found out that my cousin has cancer on top of being very behind on bills with 3 kids, so I was feeling very down and like God wasn’t hearing me or helping. I was feeling very overwhelmed and just felt alone. So, I was driving and was angry and thought that there was no hope. I turned on your station and the song "God is in your Story" came on and, as I listened to the words, it reminded me that God is here with me holding my hand. I have a story but without Him there wouldn’t even be a story. He is holding my hand the whole time, so I need to call on Him more and live my story the way He wants me to. God is so amazing and it is my job to listen closer and harder to what He wants for me. He is an amazing God. The Q 99.7 reminds me of that every time I turn it on. I love listening to this station. A song always comes on when I need it. The song “We all need Jesus” says it all too. This station has helped me in so many ways. I have a problem with depression and The Q 99.7 is such an uplifting help when I need it. I love the songs that are played. It is a positive tool in my day to day life.

Where should I start? It's been a long journey, experience, life, with God. Full of good times and bad times, but the bad always end up turning into His perfect plan for not just me, but others as well. From being homeless, to finally being at home with God has been the best feeling so far. Although this journey/trips with Him have been bringing me every type of direction, He always has been faithful to me, loving and kind, especially patient lol. It's always been the best team effort and huge family effort as well, if we weren't able to work together or serve together this world would be more than a mess. I am loving this so far, and this has been another great time, looking and seeking for the best with Him always. I love you all, thank you so much for being supportive and helpful when Im in need. God bless you and all of His ministries with you all.

I've been struggling. About a month ago, I walked out of work and sat in my car. I found myself at a place or I felt alone and completely unwanted. I opened my journal, turned on the microphone, and said, "I feel like I am not enough for anyone and that I am easily forgettable and replaceable." With tear streaming down my face, I turned on my car to drive home. The Q 99.7 is always on my radio, and the very first thing I heard was, "who said that you weren't beautiful, and that you didn't belong in your own skin? Who said that you were all alone, and that you're never going to find love again?" from Rachael Lampa's song "Perfectly Loved." Cue even more tears. I can't remember how I found out about The Q 99.7 many years ago; but I do know that between the music, the DJs, and the events they have sponsored, I have found some of the strength I needed to keep going. The songs, the testimonies, the encouragement, and the Christian community has kept me moving forward. My storm is not over, but I know I will always have The Q 99.7 to lift me up. Thank you.

The day my best friend moved out of state was the same day my dad passed away. I only got to "be with him" one last time via FaceTime since he lives in another state. I was crushed. My heart was breaking into a million pieces. I felt so alone. But you played Katy Nicole's song "In the name of Jesus" at just the right time to help me remember the Lord was still with me and I still have a strong faith family here to support me through prayer. My best friend even called me from the road when she got the news that my dad had passed... and, she's not out of my life, just out of my town. Later on, I was listening to Kari Jobe's song "I Am Not Alone" that helped boost my heart even more. Grief and mourning are not just for a day, nor is it just for those that have died, but God is on this journey with me, so I will make it with my faith intact.

As a mom of special needs children, times can be stressful and I'm left feeling alone. I know when I put The Q 99.7 on, I will hear a uplifting word/message or a song that I can resonate with and I’m built back up with hope again.

I started listening to the station around Christmas time last year. I was going through some things with my child. I’m slowly seeing a difference. I haven’t changed the station since then, and to hear him say that these songs play in his head throughout the day at school even when he isn’t trying to sing them or think about them just let’s me know it’s having a good impact on him and bringing him peace even if he doesn’t see it… I know God is working with him.

Recently, I found out that my older sister was admitted to the hospital with what turned out to be several mini-strokes in one week. I was torn apart inside. I was listening to The Q the next morning at work (my usual thing), and "Speak the Name of Jesus" played. I began praying for my sister using the name of Jesus, and I felt a great peace come over me. I have no doubt that God will have His perfect work in this situation and all I have to do is to wait, watch, and pray.

I love the Q 99.7. When I was facing uncertainty and anxiety in my life, the songs on this station really uplifted me, reminding me that God is with me. His love is certain, and it carries us through change. Because of His constant presence, there’s nothing to fear. The song “Jireh” is so beautiful. It confirmed to me that I should “be content in every circumstance” because, in God’s eyes, I am “enough,” and I don’t have to pressure myself to be perfect. God is perfect.

I just lost my Aunt recently and found out that my cousin has cancer on top of being. Very behind on bills with 3 kids, so I was feeling very down and just like God wasn’t hearing me or helping. I was feeling very overwhelmed and just felt alone. So I was driving and was just angry and thought that there is no hope. I turned on your station and the song "God is this Story" came on and, as I listened to the words, it reminded me that God is here with me holding my hand. The song “We all need Jesus” says it all to. This station has helped me in so many ways. I have a problem with depression and The Q 99.7 is such an uplifting help when I need it. I love the songs that are played. It is a positive tool in my day to day life.

I loved the song, "Build A Boat." It reminds me of the promise that Jesus will be back. Noah kept his faith in God despite people laughing at Him. He did what God said. We are living in the end days. We have to be ready like the five virgins who kept their candles burning and had oil. Sometimes, I feel like my oil is not enough. Whenever I turn on the radio, I can feel the presence of God through the songs. Honestly, keep shining for God. God bless!

I was really low in 2006 and had been going to a single-parent church camp in Ocean Park, Maine. When we left there, it was such a high! The first few years we went there, it lasted the year. Then things started getting a little hairy and and the feeling good and connected with Jesus didn't last until the next camping week. Then, someone told me about the Q997. It's local and and it is a great station and has given me hope and encouragement through that time and and now that I have outgrown that camp. I still listen to you because I believe in your mission and message. I have supported and told people about your station. Thank you for being in the airwaves!

Friday July 1st was my 2 years of sobriety date and I celebrated by being baptized on Sunday the 3rd. Prior to getting sober, I was not a believer. I didn’t believe in anything other than the world revolves around me. I was going through rehab for the second time when one of the sponsors pulled me aside and told me I needed to pray, that God was the only one who could help me. Once I stopped laughing, I realized she was serious. So that night, having tried everything else and not knowing anything about praying, I said 5 words. God, please help me. Amen. And the next day, my whole world was changed. It’s as if someone changed my perception of things. I saw the beauty in things, I’d see God’s fingerprint everywhere I looked. He worked a miracle that night and continues to work in my life, making me a better person with every new day. And though it all, The Q has been there, inspiring me every step of the way. God bless you for all you have done for me and all your other listeners. I tell every one about The Q whenever I testify of how God has changed my life.

Just now I got a "drive thru difference" at the Dunkin on westfield st... I really want to thank whoever has done that, it really brought a tear of joy to my eye and put me in an amazing mood. There was even a nice signed little note to come with it. Not only that, but mine was like $12 and all she got was a coffee, I felt so bad! I knew then I had to pay it forward and paid for the next person in line. The lady behind me even ended up paying for the person behind them. After she got all of her order, she waved at me in thanks and I to her and we parted ways. I believe we all started a little chain reaction. This whole situation just put a huge smile on my face and it just made me feel so good after that. It goes to show, just a little thing like this can have an extraordinary impact on people's days. Thank you to whoever had started this chain reaction, because it definitely made other people's days too. :)

Hello Q99.7! Well first let me say thank you for EVERYTHING YOU GUYS DO! The support you guys give our community! I know God has been with me through the storm and I know He will NEVER leave me, but He sure knew I needed my Q! lol! I first heard the station through my son Ernesto that's 15 years old now. He was probably 9 years old at the time, but would not got to sleep without it! I remember he had a little radio in his room and he could NOT sleep without this station on! It sure is our feel good station! God spoke to me through this station and still does till this day, in so many ways, and so many times. I lost count! Through chronic pain, addictions, anxiety, ect, God chose you guys, and the music you play which I love to minister to my children and I. We are really faithfull listeners of the Q! In the midst of this storm, I've come to realize that music and praise is a DEADLY WEAPON! So lets get it Q99.7! LETS KILL THEM WITH KINDNESS! HONESTY! AND LOVE! OUR LORD WILL DO THE REST! May God continue blessing this station so that it can continue to do what it does best! Thats bless and motivate our community and friends. Our brothers and sisters in CHRIST.

I have to share this... on Saturday I was in a car parade for domestic violence awareness in memory of one of my former student's mother's murder 10 years ago, Jessica R. As the cars started to begin to drive, of course I had the Q 99.7 on my radio. And as we began the parade, "Be Alright” by Evan Craft started to play... I allowed the words to wash over me and I reflected on how incredibly appropriate it was to start the parade with that song. Especially as I sang along in Spanish... it was such a holy and amazing moment... thank you for all that you all do at the Q 99.7 to make these moments possible...God bless you!!!!!!!!

Before I found the Q family I felt useless, not needed and I was always asking myself why am I here on this earth? For what? But after 3 years of being a silent listener I started to feel at peace and understanding why we all are here, we are God's children He created us for a purpose. To live, to create my own children, to help spread His word, to believe in Him, for He sacrificed himself for all of us. And I am a lot happier now knowing I am loved by him unconditionally, no matter what people tell me or think about me, I don't feel scared no more because I know He's right beside me

The songs that I need to hear are always on point for what I may be experiencing at the moment. It’s always encouraging. The Q DJs are the best! I've been a believer for many years but being a PK and youngest of 9, I always felt inadequate to my siblings who seemed more “churchy” and perfect than I was. When I talk to the Lord It’s as if I’m having a regular conversation with Him. This made me feel inadequate even though God was answering my prayers. The Q DJs are authentic, fun, and just regular people who love God. I feel connected to them. They pray like typical modern day people that I can relate to and be encouraged!

I was parked at plaza and my teen wanted to wait in car.
“Shopping is not her thing”
Anyhow as she waited for me. She told me a lady and her two children ran up to can and knocked on window.
My kid , all confused said Hi!
To then realize the lady and her children were excited to see our Q 99.7 stickers on car. She said , “I love that station” and waved , showered her with blessing and happily entered store.
That you The Q for being a vessel in good use and making the difference!

It is so easy to be filled with anxiety and to sink into depression. When I feel that happening, I am so happy to be able to click on the app and immediately feel my spirits lifted. I am happy to be filled with hope, joy, and love. My favorite show is the Brant Hansen show in the morning. I try to make sure I always listen then, because he and Sherri always give me a good laugh and put a smile on my face. I feel so connected, even when I am alone. Thank you.

Again and again, The Q has reminded what it means to be a Christian. How to act and react like Jesus would, just like in frightful times such as these. Thank you for the amazing work that you do day in and day out! If it wasn’t for The Q, I don’t think I would have the amazing relationship that I have with God today!

I have the Q on my home and car radio, it's all I ever listen to so, as always, the songs and commentary offer encouragement and perspective. Recently, though, I've appreciated the intentional effort to get messages of encouragement over the air, in response to this global virus crisis. Thanks for all you're doing to share God's love and His Word in our part of the world. Blessings!

Your steadfast walk, your transparency and your testimony in good days and bad days...and just knowing that your heart is to serve the Lord and minister to us is such a comfort. Stay counterculture! I just wanted you to know that the last half dozen songs you played have all worked together to help me rise above what seems like an overwhelming weight trying to help my students succeed in this distance learning. Pieces of each song have woven together to remind me that I need to run to the Father, that my help comes from Him, that He is enough, that He is all I need and that grace wins for my students as well as for me. I am grateful for the Q 99.7. I think I am ready to face the day with my kiddos.

As I get closer to my 25th birthday, I keep looking back and seeing just how much God has rescued me from and changed for me - both around me and within. 2017 was an earth-shattering year for me, and I've been stumbling around in my faith since then. I recently moved back home to Springfield from NY and have been tested to expand my discernment, allow God to examine my heart, increase my faith and walk in the fullness of the spirit of Revival He's given me!
Since coming back, I've thrown myself full force into dance ministry at Crossover Church, I've started Revival Fitness classes (zumba and fitcamps) using Christian music, and I've embraced what it means to share the experience of a relational God with everyone around me. I thank you all SO MUCH for your constant love and care for all of your listeners. The Kingdom is truly blessed by your hearts.

I started listening to The Q 99.7 last summer and I just love it. It’s inspirational and puts me in a happy mood. I heard about the Q through my good friend Janine. My husband was listening to Chris’s Tonlin chosen Generation on YouTube and I introduced him to the q and he loves it. He started listening to it and it’s the only station that plays in the car daily. He has been through so much in his life. He is now 3 years sober from drugs and is doing so well. Your station has brought him joy and strength. It has inspired him to trust in God again and believe that he is right by our side. We even have our 6 year old son in to the music to. I just want to say thank you and God bless. We love your station.

Sometimes I feel like I’m on a treadmill. Every day is just the same as the day before. Get up, make the lunches, put the kids on the bus, fold the laundry, wash the dishes ... I was feeling pretty sorry for myself recently and Steven Curtis Chapman’s song, “Do Everything” came on The Q. It reminded me that every little thing we do is done for the glory of God, even the boring and repetitive things like picking up toys from the living room floor for the fifteenth time today. I turned it up and had my own dance party and felt ALIVE!

I’ve asked a lot of “Why GOD” questions & the song that’s been ministering to me is “Rescue” from my favorite Lauren Daigle!! Seems like we (I) tend to forget that when we are faced with hard life situations, we try to get through them on our, when we have a Father who is there not just waiting, but wanting to rescue us, to see us though, to in times carry us through, to fight those battles & then to love us unconditionally everyday!!

This is my story how I TRULY found GOD.... I have always been a believer in "God" and never really thought about anyone else. I was deceived by lies, pretending to be someone they were NOT. I was told that they had my dog who passed away in November, I was reminded of all the "bad" I've done in the present and past.. smoking, stealing and even told me to stop singing (which I do LOUDLY all the time). I questioned WHY I was being ripped apart for things... I am very aware of things Ive done and asked WHY none of my GOOD wasn't mentioned. I help the homeless when I can, bring clothes to homeless shelters, I am a good friend and acknowledged my wrong doing. I am a GOOD person who makes bad choices. I realized I was NOT dealing with GOD. I told myself that GOD would NEVER tell me to stop singing. EVER. I was leaving my house one day to go to church for their food bank and was TOLD to NOT go to church. I THEN knew I was NOT speaking with GOD. Disappointed in myself, how could I have made that mistake?? I have always been a believer in GOD, NOTHING MORE. I turned to the bible, listen to services and started asking GOD to forgive me for wrong doings. I now know and starting to understand the TRUE meaning of GOD. To not just thank GOD when you get a green light instead of red, or finding a great sale. Now that I read the bible DAILY ..wishing I started sooner. GOD would NEVER tell me to STOP singing..nor would he point out all my flaws. I found GOD. I FOUND AND BELIEVE IN GOD. I will rise up!! What a wonderful, glorious, beautiful, amazing, peaceful GOD we have. AMEN all day long.

When I found out that my nephew (whom I had raised as my own son for 10 years) had suddenly passed away after being hit by a truck on his way home from work. We had not kept in contact since he left the state to live with his biological mom for the past 3 years. So the sudden shock of his death was unbearable. The night I found out I was driving home listening to The Q 99.7 and the song "Just be held" by Casting Crowns was playing and I just broke down and had to pull over, the song seemed not to have an ending and as it played it seemed like I could hear my son singing the words to me.

As we listen to The Q 99.7, all 3 of my kids have really taken to "Confidence" by Sanctus Real (or as they call it: "Lion's Den") and it really encourages and blesses me to hear them hollering the words at the top of their lungs. I had recently been offered a new position at work. Fear was the only reason I could think of as to why I wouldn't accept it. Fear I would be unsuccessful in the role, that I would let people I worked with down and not do a good job. It was definitely a message from God, so I accepted the position. Thank you Q99.7!

As I was driving yesterday, Billy read Philippians 4:6-7 on the air and it was the perfect scripture for me to share with a friend of mine who is going through a few difficult circumstances in her life (final nursing exam and a situation at work). It was absolutely perfect and encouraged her big time! Sometimes even though we may be familiar with scriptures, having it brought to us by someone else can be such an uplifting confirmation that HE is always with us. And last week you played Confidence by Sanctus real and I sent that to her as well as I was reminded of how Encouraging that song is! She loved it! Thanks for all you do ! Love my Q family !!

The song "God Only Knows" from King & Country was playing on The Q 99.7 as I started my car after attending a very emotion-filled neuro-psychological testing procedure for Memory issues. At that moment, since I had not spoken to anyone else about the things that were weighing heavy on my heart, I found it difficult to contain my inner-thoughts and emotions of the day. I felt that I had no person I could call on to share what had just transpired and that song helped me stand firm in the knowledge that God Knows, even when I do not, or cannot, share my heart with others. I have always gone to Prayer first, before speaking with people. I allow God to lead me to whom I should, or shouldn't, share my personal things with. His timing and His ways are perfect so I continue Trusting Jesus in all things. That is the key to inner peace, so I am thankful to God for the song. Thank you to The Q99.7 for sharing it.

I put my headphones in and turned to your station and a song had already been playing but the first words I heard were "just hold on and I'll find you." I listened to every word of the lyrics and it touched my soul and gave me hope. I smiled through those tears. Realizing I had been stronger than I thought even in my darkest hour when I couldn't speak. my tears spoke directly to Him for me. My 8-year-old daughter wanted more than anything to see David Dunn, so I decided to surprise her with the meet and greet. It was Alisa Turner, however, who blessed me. We’ve walked similar paths in life and she really encouraged me to not give up and to continue to believe God’s promise of restoration. Through prayer and The Q 99.7 I have been able to see that people are the way they are because they don’t know any better. The harder we pray for them the more God will work with them to provide them with love.

“Every Good Thing” by The Afters played on The Q 99.7 today, and at first I was surprised since I hadn’t heard it in a while. As I listened to the words, I realized how busy and frazzled I’d been. I decided to change my weekend plans from catching up on housework to spending some real FUN time with my family. WOO! Life is so sweet!

So I was noticing that I was feeling a lack of joy and peace in my life that I should be feeling because I am a child of God. I started praying more and reading Bible plans on joy. And this happened because I heard “Joy” by For King and Country continuously play on The Q 99.7 when I was in my car, which I love! I choose JOY.

I was laying in bed one night struggling with fear so I decided to turn on the radio to The Q 99.7 and the first song that started playing was Rescue by Lauren Daigle. Right then and there I knew my Father was listening to me and it was such a clear message that I am never alone and no matter what happens He will always be with me and fight for me therefore fear has no place in my life . I went from dispair to joy in a matter of minutes. Thank you to The Q 99.7, that you are a 24hr ministry and thank you that at 2am when all is quiet and lonesome you are there to bring hope in a turn of a button, like a beacon of light in the dark. I am overjoyed to call myself part of The Q 99.7 family and I give so others can have moments like I’ve had over and over again

I was molested at a young age and it never effected me til now. I've grown up forced to go to church(Catholic), I got to the point in my life that I hated everything including my own life and GOD as well. I'm now 39 yrs old and my mom still doesn't believe that I was molested.I have three children that I love but don't know how to show it because i didn't grow up knowing love. January 22, 2017 I walked into RWC high on heroin and drunk. A month later I decided I had enough and stopped it all. Continued to go to church and joined the service team and found relief of all kinds. But then I had a falling out in Oct 2017, I quit church quit serving quit working out started to drink .. had no job from June 2018-Sept 2018. Depression anxiety anger all just took over my body my soul my spirit..I'm currently in the darkest pit without sight of light at the end of the tunnel I'm tired, tired of being a parent tired of trying to be responsible I want to quit and sometimes die. I can't get myself out of this darn pit....My son is 23 living in Colorado and financially struggling. My 22 year old daughter keeps losing her jobs and my 16 year old daughter likes girls and her father just spoils her instead of filling the refrigerator. The devils spirits have come to take me 100 folds. I listen to the Q every single day, I refuse to let anyone change the channel. Although I am struggling I am praying that things change not just for me but for my whole family...... THANK YOU Q FAMILY FOR ALWAYS TRYING TO KEEPING LIFE POSITIVE!!!!!!!

When I moved to western MA from Bristol CT back in 2011. I found my then boyfriend on a dating website called Christian mingle. After 3 months of dating we got married on 9/10/11. When we moved to Palmer MA I was so excited to have found the Q99.7. I have been battling depression since I was 13. Music has always been helpful and so when I found your radio station not only has it helped me but I feel like I have a go to whenever I feel that depression come on. You always seem to be playing the song that I so need to hear. I am for ever greatful for all the music you play. The best part about the Q is that my 4 year old daughter is going to grow up with inspiring, spiritual, and amazing music you play. Her current favorite song is Fix my eyes from For King and Country. Bless you for all that you do.

So, I've always loved Christian music but I would listen to country too. (Sadly country music is NOT country music anymore) Anyway a little over 2 years ago my 2 and half year old daughter had some major sickness, many ER trips, hospital stays and many new doctors... where I knew things could be A LOT worse, and I was SO Thankful for still having my daughter even with her new medical journey... some days, were SO HARD, I really questioned God, I cried a lot: seeing her in pain, holding her down for the 10th try for an IV line, when I felt alone, when we were getting no answers... thankfully music has always been a "feel better" way for me. Around the same time, there where some songs that just came on at the right time, when I was "losing the battle" you could say.... one was "Move" TobyMac... another "Trust in You" Lauren Daigle and so many others as if God was reminding me... He here. I can still struggle on harder days and a song you've been playing a lot lately gets me everytime by Natalie Grant "More than Anything"

This has been a tough season for me and my family my dad was hospitalized in June while at his Doctor's visit he had a grand mal seizure and was rushed to the hospital were they put him in an induced coma. Since then he has been in and out of the hospital for UTI's. I can say I have been questioning my faith a lot to the point where I stopped even listening to Christian music. The other night my youngest (who is on the autism spectrum and is on the lower part of the spectrum) came and sat next to me and blurted out confidence when I asked him what he meant he said play sanctus real confidence. I looked it up once I started listening I could not control the tears. My little man then looked up at me and said mom God loves you. I was blown away I will admit I still struggle but its getting a little better each day. Thank you for all you do for your listeners.

here was some unpleasantness at work and it was really weighing on me. I tried and tried to deal with it and dismiss it but it wasn't working. I have had enough and declared one morning that it wasn't going to over take my day. The Q had a mix of songs that where just speaking to me that morning and a block away from my job 'Surrounded ' had came on. It brought me all the way onto my job to park with me singing along. From that day on the unpleasantness calmed down immensely.

last night as i was driving home the words to a song playing were "if not for Your grace i'd be homeless for eternity" gave me a deeper realization of eternity and made me stop and say "thank You Jesus" once again for saving me. In the past few months 7 people I know have died and a close friend is diagnosed with liver cancer with a 3% chance of survival so salvation ( of myself and others) is in the forefront of my mind

I've been listening to the Q all day today. As I opened my browser at work I was going to listen to a different station, but God put it in my heart to listen to the Q! He knew what my day would entail and that I would need the extra encouragement. This afternoon, someone stole a considerable amount of cash from my purse at work...I was discouraged and angry. I finished my work day dealing with the police and had to stop in Enfield before heading home.
It had been raining and there at the bus stop was a man soaked from the rain. I looked in my backseat and sure enough, there was an umbrella within my reach. I could not stop due to traffic, but I was able to circle around the block. I grabbed the umbrella, pulled over just enough, held it out for him and said, "please take it". He looked relieved as he humbly said "thank you" and I could see him opening it up immediately as I drove away. At that very moment, the sky opened up and the rain turned into a downpour. I was so happy to have given this man my umbrella. Just because my day had a bad incident, helping this man completely changed my mood!
Thank you to the Q for your uplifting music and messages.

The Q has helped me immensely over the last 10 years... I have been through some major ups and downs (my wedding, my children being born, my divorce, moving back in with my parents, getting my own place, back to my parents, my father passing away, getting my own place, a new job.. and right now, my son turning away from God) and the music and the DJs of the Q have continually been a major blessing to me and my children. continuing to guide and bless us - even through the hard time with my son - and I couldn't imagine life without this uplifting blessing and reminder of the community of believers around the world that stand together as The Church

He has blessed me with every minute every second that I am breathing and living whether or not its a good day or a bad day. I got the opportunity to meet and pray with Pam and Tim staff at the Q.It was an incredible experience! I also got to donate and deliver valentines to the elderly in local nursing homes.
