XLT Catholic Night of Modern Worship & Adoration - Westfield
What:XLT (exalt) is a night where families, teens, college age, and young adults from different parishes come together to pray and worship the Lord.

The night is divided into three parts:

*Praise and Worship Music
*Preaching
*Adoration

We use modern elements such as proper lighting and sound, video screens displaying worship imagery and song lyrics, creative environments and the latest in contemporary praise and worship music led by St. Mary's Worship band.

The basic format of the night starts with upbeat praise and worship music followed by an inspirational talk given by a speaker speaking on that night’s theme. The night culminates with a time of Eucharistic Adoration enhanced by more praise and worship music.

Pope Francis High School Annual Blood Drive in Chicopee
What:Did you know that for every pint of donated blood, up to three lives could be saved? Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. is in need of blood, but although an estimated 38 percent of the nation's population is eligible to donate blood at any time, less than 10 percent of those eligible actually do each year. Since blood cannot be manufactured -- it can only come from generous donors -- blood drives are vitally important.

The student council at Pope Francis High School will host its annual blood drive on Thursday, March 2 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Holy Name of Jesus Church on 104 Springfield Street in Chicopee. The entrance for the blood drive will be on Chapman Street and located in the Assumption Parish Hall.

"Live Again" Ep Launch Concert - Scotland CT
What:In February of 2016, torndown launched their first ever Indiegogo Campaign. This campaign provided the group an opportunity to travel down to North Carolina later that year and record a brand new EP with the help of Brandon Mills, Producer and Owner at Fallen Sparrow Studio
and Guitarist from the Grammy nominated band "Decyfer Down". Also in on the project was John Harrell, Producer and owner at The Sound Barn.

The result? A monster of an EP!

Come join torndown as they are set to release their new EP on Saturday, May 6th! Sharing the stage with torndown and helping make this night one to remember is heavy post-grunge melodic rockers "Scarlet White"! Scarlet White has been touring most recently on the City Rockfest Tour! Special Guests "KARDIA" will also be helping round out this electric event...you may have seen this hard rock/pop band last year during their performance at Soulfest!

If you are looking for a night of solid rock music, look no further.
See you May 6th!
